Look what came in the mail today, folks! I’m really excited to put this fantastic tool to work this spring and summer. It’s an 86″ Parabolic Light Modifier from Paul C. Buff (www.paulcbuff.com) combined with my Alienbees B1600 Flash Unit. Powered by Pocketwizards.
What does this mean for those of you who may be considering a photo shoot with me? Even, consistent, perfectly round, soft and focussed lighting without the means for tons of equipment to lug around.
I may however need to bring an assistant along to hold this big boy to prevent it from taking off with the wind.
I’m really excited to use this.
